Overtime Athletics Summer Camp Policies and Procedures

 

Welcome to Overtime Athletics! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and productive experience for all our campers, we have established the following policies and procedures. Please review these guidelines carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions.

 

  1. **Registration and Payment**

– **Registration:** All campers must have a completed registration form on file. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

– **Payment:** Full payment is required to secure your child’s spot in the camp. We allow for a 50% deposit upfront and the rest paid during the middle of the camp. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, cheque, cash, or online payment. Please provide the transaction reference if paying online.

  1. **Cancellation and Refunds**

– **Cancellation:** If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please notify us as soon as possible.

– **Refunds:** Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. In special circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  1. **Health and Safety**

– **Medical Information:** All campers must submit a medical and emergency contact form prior to attending camp. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications.

– **Emergency Procedures:** In the event of a medical emergency, our staff will take appropriate action, including contacting emergency services and notifying parents/guardians.

  1. **Camp Arrival and Departure**

 

– **Drop-Off and Pick-Up:** Campers should be dropped off and picked up at the designated location. Please ensure timely arrival and pick-up to keep our camp schedule running smoothly.

– **Late Pick-Up:** A late pick-up fee may apply if your child is not picked up within 15 minutes of camp ending.

  1. **Camper Behavior**

– **Code of Conduct:** Campers are expected to demonstrate respect for fellow campers, staff, and facilities. Bullying, aggressive behavior, and disrespect will not be tolerated.

– **Disciplinary Actions:** Inappropriate behavior will be addressed promptly. Repeated or severe infractions may result in dismissal from the camp without a refund.

  • Comfortable athletic wear
  • Basketball shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Snacks/lunch
  • Sunscreen (for any outdoor activities)
  1. **Personal Belongings**

– **Valuables:** We recommend that campers do not bring valuables to camp. Overtime Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

– **Lost and Found:** Items left at camp will be placed in the lost and found. Please check for any missing belongings promptly.

  1. **Photos and Videos**

– **Media Consent:** By registering for the camp, you give permission for photos and videos of your child participating in camp activities to be used for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing.
